THE STORYBILDER SURVEY GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY (“CONTEST”) SPONSORED AND ADMINISTERED BY STORYBILDER, LTD. (“ADMINISTRATOR”). CONTEST BEGINS ON 25 March, 2024 AT 9:00 AM EST AND ENDS ON 30 April, 2024 AT 11:59 PM EST. (“CONTEST PERIOD”).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. ONLY A COMPLETED SURVEY AND AN EMAIL ADDRESS is required. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator. Void where prohibited by law.
Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are at least 13 years old in their respective province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Administrator and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.
Entrants under the age of 18 should obtain guardian consent before entering the giveaway and will require guardian approval as part of their verification process.
Entrants engaging in ballot stuffing or using multiple email addresses during a single entry period will be disqualified.
Each prize pack contains one (1) $100 USD gift card to the independent bookstore of your choice. The bookstore must be physically located in Canada or the United States and may have a physical storefront or have an online store. Prizes have no retail value, no cash equivalent, and cannot be exchanged or transferred. If the winner is located in Canada and selects a Canadian bookstore, the prize will be awarded in equivalent Canadian dollars based on the exchange rate on the draw date.
One (1) winner will be chosen at random using the proprietary StoryBilder Giveaway Randomizer Tool during the contest period. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Limit one prize per person.
Winners will be notified by email before May 31, 2024 and will have forty-eight hours (48) to respond. If no response is received within forty-eight (48) hours, another winner will be chosen. Administrators are not responsible for prize fulfillment, issues with the selected bookstore, nor for any technical failures. The prize will not be replaced, refunded or reimbursed if lost, stolen or misplaced. Winning entry will be verified.
Meta, Pinterest, Bluesky, and/or Twitter are in no way associated with this giveaway. The winners' entries will be verified.
Residents of Canada must answer the skill-testing question correctly to claim their prize.
Administrators and sponsors reserve the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial.
